We are often called on to negotiate commercial leases and other real estate matters for clients. This commercial real estate (CRE) experience includes a range of traditional acquisition and development matters, from letters of intent and purchase agreements to preparing all manner of transfer documents (e.g., deeds, assignments of leases, bills of sale, etc.). Our broad CRE experience also includes negotiating a range of acquisition and development loans for our clients. Those loans include traditional real estate secured lending and seller finance.
