Our communications infrastructure experience also includes a significant amount of data center-related projects. Our experience in this arena comes in part from Rob’s time working as in-house attorney with a publicly traded IT network infrastructure provider (Internap in Atlanta).
The data-center related experience includes both customer-facing agreements and facilities-based data center agreements. The customer-facing agreements include negotiating numerous master services agreements (MSAs), the accompanying service level agreements (SLAs) and collocation agreements (as part of a broader MSA negotiation).
Our facilities-based experience includes lease agreements (lease of office/warehouse space) for long-term buildout or lease data center facility, negotiation of lease disputes with landlords, CRE maintenance and common matters (lease agreements, estoppels, water leaks, service level, and credits to customers) and working through force majeure events, such as environmental like hurricanes, floods, tornados, and fires.
